The point is located in the Municipal Office of Rybnik, in room 202 – entrance from both Bolesława Chrobrego and Miejska Street – and will operate during the office’s customer service hours
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8.00 am – 3.00 pm
Thursday: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm
Friday: 8.00 am – 12.30 pm

At the reception desk refugees can obtain basic information concerning formalities they need to complete in order to stay in Poland. They will also be provided with information on how to get assistance. The information will be provided by Ukrainians who speak Ukrainian and will be assisted by an employee of the Town Hall in Rybnik.
