What is Mapuj Pomoc’s instructional training?
These are short (1-1.5 h), free workshops (both remote and onsite) where we discuss the functionalities of our platform and teach you how to use its resources effectively. Our training sessions help tailor the Mapuj Pomoc tool to the individual needs of an organisation and focus on the practical aspects of its use. Users learn how to effectively obtain information on various aid initiatives, organise data and communicate it in a clear and understandable way to refugees. The meetings also showcase the community of organisations networked around Mapuj Pomoc, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and experience in humanitarian and aid activities.
Who can benefit from training?
The trainings are open to everyone who has contact with Ukrainian refugees in their daily work. Local government organisations, NGOs or volunteer groups are invited to participate.
Since March 2023, more than 70 organisations have benefited from Mapuj Pomoc trainings! We visited Kielce, Przemyśl and Rzeszów, where, as part of our Open Cities and Villages campaign, we encouraged local organisations to use our platform, work together and cooperate for the benefit of Ukraine.

NOTE: We also organise open training sessions once a month, available to all interested parties. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of Mapuj Pomoc and join a community of humanitarian experts and practitioners!
