The scope of assistance provided by the helpline staff includes:

• providing information about the intervention system, treatment, and addresses of specific facilities,
• informing about legal regulations related to drug addiction,
• giving professional advice on addiction mechanisms, motivation for treatment, etc., as well as psychological support.
