The Helpline’s offer is directed to those with drug addiction problems: drug users, those addicted, and their loved ones.
The scope of assistance provided by the helpline staff includes:

providing information about the intervention system, treatment, and addresses of specific facilities,
informing about legal regulations related to drug addiction,
giving professional advice on addiction mechanisms, motivation for treatment, etc., as well as psychological support.
