(1) The Foundation is established to provide information and consultation support to representatives of key communities: refugees from Ukraine, residents of Poland and other foreigners residing in the territory of Poland.
(2) The objectives of the Foundation are:
(a) counteracting social exclusion of individuals or social groups,
b) counteracting pathological social phenomena,
c) providing assistance to people and social groups socially excluded and at risk of social exclusion, in particular to people infected with HIV,
d) supporting the activities of institutions and organizations of important social significance,
e) activities for integration and reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion,
f) charitable activities,
g) protection and promotion of health, including therapeutic activity within the meaning of the Act of April 15, 2011 on therapeutic activity,
h) activities for the benefit of the disabled,
i) activities for equal rights of women and men,
j) activities for children and young people, including recreation of children and young people,
k) assistance to victims of disasters, natural disasters, armed conflicts and wars at home and abroad,
l) activities for the family, maternity, parenthood, dissemination and protection of children’s rights,
ł) counteracting addictions and social pathologies.
The Foundation pursues its objectives through:
1. activities in the field of charity, health care and social assistance, vocational and social rehabilitation, in particular towards people affected by or at risk of social exclusion.
2. conducting activities on behalf of HIV-positive people informing them about existing opportunities to access treatment and other services, consisting, among other things, of:
– running a hotline,
– providing psychological support,
– legal counseling,
– translation services,
– providing social support,
– referral to other forms of support (e.g., online medical consultations).
