We organize direct humanitarian and medical aid convoys to Ukraine (Bucha, Kharkiv, Donetsk), which deliver food, personal hygiene products, generators, and medical supplies.
We teach Polish for people with a refugee problem, as well as learn Ukrainian for volunteers and students. We prepare free didactic materials, and we try to provide care for the participants’ children during their studies. We organize school and kindergarten layettes, purchase of computer equipment. We support libraries and schools in equipping their book collections with items in Ukrainian.
We operate in the field of broadly understood medical assistance. We purchase and collect dressings and medical supplies for tactical medicine rescuers, we donate medical supplies to municipal and field hospitals in Ukraine. We organize highly specialized medical transport for people injured as a result of a war conflict and children with chronic diseases (e.g. dialysis), providing them with the possibility of treatment in Poland or further in Europe. We conduct pro-health education on basic childhood vaccinations and Covid – 19, we help new people find their place in the Polish health care system.
We organize living assistance. We provide safe accommodation for people coming to Poland. We equip houses and flats for refugees with everything they need to get started, including furniture, food, cleaning products, bedding and clothes. We are trying to obtain additional funds that will allow us to provide long-term support in covering the cost of renting apartments.
We support professional activation of refugees. We help them prepare a professional CV and facilitate their job search. We offer legal, administrative and psychological assistance.
