Help Center for Foreigners (CPC – Centrum Pomocy Cudzoziemcom) in Łomża is a place which offers comprehensive support for all migrants, including refugees. Every foreigner who needs help in navigating Polish reality can receive support in our Center.

Foreigners can receive free assistance in:
- dealing with everyday difficulties
- psychological support and psychotherapy
- legal advice
- consultations with a career counselor
- contacting Polish offices and filling out applications
- contact with health care services
- contacting schools and kindergartens
- support for people who have experienced discrimination, trauma, violence or hate speech
- help for people in crisis situations
- free Polish language courses
