The center provides short-term psychological support and assistance to adults in crises and difficult life situations. The offer also includes legal consultations, psychiatric help, telephone interventions, social counseling and educational workshops. The services are free. The Warsaw Crisis Intervention Centre (WOIK), in addition to receiving calls and conducting crisis intervention activities, runs a hostel and a residence point for people from Ukraine. A day care centre for children and adults is available at the residence point.
