The Institute for Prevention of Exclusion runs the first men’s helpline in Poland. If you are in need of psychological help/advice and are looking for a safe space to talk about your life, your masculine issues or your difficulties, then this phone is for you.

The psychologists are on duty on Mondays on Tuesdays, from 17:00 to 19:00, on Wednesdays, from 17:00 to 19:00 and on Thursdays, from 19:00 to 21:00 (help also in English).
