At the beginning our whole organization was just a few people with one phone helping those who were confused about how to safely evacuate, where to find humanitarian aid and basically how to live in this new reality, they suddenly found themselves in. We understood that there’s a high demand for information like that, so we started collecting contacts of other volunteers and pulling together databases of shelters, doctors, refugee centers, etc.

Time passed, our organization grew and Russian aggression hadn’t stopped. Our call center works till that day, providing civilians with all necessary information to help them survive in this hard time. It has already processed nearly 13 000 calls and our volunteers helped to resolve really hard problems, such as finding medication that wasn’t available in any close region, helping to evacuate people with reduced mobility, including a couple of elderly citizens from Northern Saltivka, that were transported under cross fire.We have lots of plans for the future of call center, to broaden areas in which we work, because the war hadn’t stopped and each day more and more people need our help.
