At the Bukowska Point, run by the Poznań City Hall, from Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., there is an Information Point for citizens of Ukraine, where they can obtain the necessary information regarding operation in Poland and Poznań.

There are also courses of Polish as a foreign language for children, adolescents and adults.

At the same time, duty hours for free legal assistance and psychological assistance were launched. It is also possible to provide help by establishing psychological support groups.

Food packets are issued every Wednesday and Thursday.
