The Polish Red Cross offers help to all Ukrainian citizens who came to Poland (i.e. from February 24, 2022).

Refugees from Ukraine can receive:

  • food,
  • art. hygienic,
  • art. household chemicals,
  • art. nursing and food for children,
  • dressing materials

Donations are issued from Monday to Friday, between 10.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.

The Polish Red Cross runs a helpline for people from Ukraine who are looking for information about our aid programs.

The helpline is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. +48 800 088 136 (free number for people calling from the Polish number) +48 221 520 620 (a paid number for people calling from a foreign number)

The Polish Red Cross also runs the National Information and Search Office of the Polish Red Cross, people looking for their families can apply by writing to [email protected].
