The Crisis Intervention Centre in Krakow provides free psychological assistance to Ukrainian citizens residing in Krakow and the Krakow district. The assistance is provided in Polish.

Persons in need of support can receive psychological assistance directly at the Centre’s premises at ul. Radziwiłłowska 8b or by contacting the Centre by phone at 12 421 92 82 (7 days a week).

In situations requiring immediate psychological assistance, the Centre can be contacted 24 hours a day; if the situation does not require urgent intervention, it is best to meet a psychologist between 8.00 and 20.00 (7 days a week). There is no registration at the Centre and no referrals are required.
