LikarPL application will facilitate the doctor’s quick diagnosis of the patient’s condition and enable communication between the patient and the doctor who does not speak Ukrainian.

The application is divided into two modules:

• Patient – in this section fill in the basic data about your health condition. The completed data will allow the doctor to prepare for a medical consultation. After completing the form, remember/write down the individual form number. You will give the number to the doctor during the medical consultation. Before the visit, the doctor will ask you about the form number and date of birth. Based on the data provided, the application will find the form you filled out. You can also download and print the form, which is available in Ukrainian, Polish and English.
• Doctor – this module is used when visiting a doctor. Thanks to this application during medical consultation Ukrainian language will be translated into Polish and Polish into Ukrainian. You will speak in Ukrainian and the doctor will receive a transcription in Polish. The doctor will use Polish and you will receive a transcription in Ukrainian. The module ensures efficient communication between the doctor and the patient.
