The National Information and Tracing Office searches for family members who have lost contact with each other as a result of natural disasters, wars and armed conflicts.

The criteria for accepting applications are:

• The applicant must be a family member of the missing person
• The loss of contact occurred as a result of war, armed conflict or natural disaster
• The loss of contact did not occur as a result of a family conflict
• The seeker is currently in Poland

How you can contact us:

Send an e-mail to: tracing.service@pck.pl, providing the following information:

• name
• the town where you are currently located
• telephone number
• date of last contact with the wanted person
• degree of relationship with the person sought

The National Information and Tracing Office also conducts post-World War II exhumations.
