The civil network OPORA has been working in Ukraine for 16 years in the field of protection of political and electoral rights of citizens, implementation of the principles of the rule of law and human rights. Today, we also cannot stand aside and want to help record war crimes on our territory. We have considerable experience in monitoring political and electoral processes, and now, unfortunately, we are forced to go on the rails of wartime, like our entire country.
