We are a grassroots social movement supporting the public aid system.
If the system is down, we take care of fixing the problem. We plan activities in close cooperation with provincial and municipal authorities. We also help individuals.

Learning Polish – we run free Polish as a foreign language courses for all foreigners living in Lublin. We teach at two levels of advancement, in several groups. Lessons are held in Lublin, usually in the afternoon.

Cross-cultural assistance (translation and support during medical appointments, assistance with appointments, assistance with the disability application process, counseling on Social Security benefits, etc.).Legal assistance available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The common room is a cosy and safe place for children who visit baobab with their caregivers. During their stay, the children are directly supervised by Maryna Kushnirenko and Iryna Filas.
Legal aid available from Monday to Thursday from 14:00 to 19:00
anti-discrimination hub – come to us, we will listen to you and look for a solution together.Support is free of charge. Consultations are confidential. Our counsellors are both men and women, people with migration experience from different countries and cultures. Support also provided for LGBTQ+ people.
