Heart To Heart World Foundation Help Center is located near the train station on the main street of Rzeszów, Piłsudskiego 34. The help center has been open since the first day of the war!

Heart To Heart World Foundation engaged in:

1) issuance of personal hygiene products and basic household chemicals;

2) issuing food kits for the most vulnerable sections of the population, namely for pensioners, people with disabilities (persons with disabilities), large families;

3) information meetings for people who have just arrived in Poland and need help with adaptation;

4) conducting master classes for children of different ages;

5) restorative and relaxing master classes for adults;

6) meetings and consultations with a lawyer by appointment;

7) assistance with the language barrier and support in hospitals and public institutions;

8) assistance with legalization in Poland;

9) transportation and transportation, assistance in moving;

10) if necessary, help with employment and finding an apartment.

Our goal is to help as many people as possible who came from Ukraine.

To receive help, you need to come to our center with PESEL UKR and fill out an application. Assistance is issued once, immediately on this day.
