The Prodeste Foundation offers free assistance to all people from Ukraine:

1. Crisis consultations online and in our center in Wrocław;
2. childcare – we offer emotional and educational support. For Children we prepared playroom. We provide the care of specialists who will not only organize their time, but also take care of their hurt emotions and help them learn.
3. Support groups for teenagers and adults (online or in our Center in Wrocław)

You can write to us or call us. We speak Polish and English, although some of us also understand Ukrainian and Russian. If you prefer to use Ukrainian or Russian – write to us. It will be easier than making a phone call. We will certainly manage in direct contact. Ukrainian children and families have already visited our center.
