ADRA Poland organizes humanitarian aid, which goes directly to the victims of the war in Ukraine. We ship trucks and buses filled with gifts that citizens need to survive in their war-torn country.

What exactly do we deliver? First of all, food – this is our priority. Dry food with a long shelf life, such as pasta, rice, groats, powdered milk, porridges for children, canned food, canned food. In addition to catering, we also send dressings, first aid kits, medicines, hygiene products, as well as diapers and baby care products. We also deliver blankets, sleeping bags, mattresses, mats, underwear and warm clothes, batteries, flashlights and heaters to Ukraine. These products help the inhabitants of war-affected areas to survive.

More than 320 refugees from Ukraine receive regular food aid. The food aid is aimed at refugees from Ukraine who currently live in the Brwinów commune in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Thanks to the cooperation with the local government, we can dynamically operate at the food distribution point in Brwinów. Once a week, the beneficiaries of our program receive food packages with the most necessary food products.

The Integration Centers for Foreigners (CIC) established by the ADRA Polska Foundation are starting their activities in Lublin, Warsaw and Bydgoszcz. These are places of comprehensive expert assistance, where refugees from Ukraine will be able to benefit from psychological assistance, career counseling, integration counseling and assistance from an integration specialist, vocational courses, learning Polish, as well as legal advice and the services of a sworn translator. We will also provide support in crisis situations.
