At the Emic Foundation, we help people fleeing from Ukraine in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship:

All information regarding support for foreigners in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship can be obtained at this number:

+48 507 412 653 – from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Viber, Telegram, Whatsapp)

Emergency number: +48 506 681 307 – daily from 15:00 to 21:00 (Viber, Telegram, Whatsapp)

The number is intended for people fleeing Ukraine as well as their relatives and friends. Please call only in matters related to Ukraine.

Currently, together with the Governor of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, we run the project „You have the right to know! Plus ”.

We provide:

  • we provide legal, psychological, linguistic (also for children and adolescents) and integration support to foreigners from outside the EU.
  • we provide adaptation and educational courses with legal and cultural elements, professional and entrepreneurship counseling;
  • we run Polish language courses;
  • we organize teacher’s duty hours and tutoring for children and teenagers;
  • we support the passions of children and youth by organizing a passion and hobby fund;
  • we run neighborhood clubs in:

1) Toruń, at ul. Maple 40/1,

2) Bydgoszcz, at ul. Gdańska 128;

  • we organize integration meetings for adults, children and youth;
  • we offer support and mediation of volunteers and volunteers in contacts with offices, health centers;
  • we run information and advisory points for foreigners in Bydgoszcz and Toruń:
