The center provides 24-hour specialist assistance (psychologist, therapist, educationalist, social worker) to people in psychological crisis (due to e.g. separation, bereavement, relationship conflicts, thoughts, suicidal tendencies, life difficulties, educational difficulties).

In justified cases, shelter is possible – up to 3 months. Clients are admitted free of charge, without referral, regardless of income.
