The Support and Integration Center “Step to Work” was established by the Innovation and Knowledge Foundation (FIIW) in cooperation with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to support refugees from Ukraine and others who are facing the challenge of finding permanent employment. Those seeking employment will be able to participate in a free support program and take advantage of services such as Polish language lessons, training, legal advice, career counseling, and many more. All of this is to help people who have been forced to leave their homes due to war rebuild their lives.
Currently, the Centers are operating in Katowice and Poznań.
