The point is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.
Details: assistance in kind (food parcels, purchase of clothes, shoes, underwear, chemical, hygienic and industrial articles); legal aid, medical aid, Polish language courses, lunches on the spot and with delivery; assistance in organising stay in Poland, rent of flats, employment, offices and schools; translation of documents (without certificate); financing of lunches for children in schools, subsidising school trips and school starter kits; humanitarian aid parcels to Ukraine.
