Centrum Pomocy Humanitarnej PTAK | PTAK Humanitarian Aid Centre
The Humanitarian Aid Center PTAK is the largest European aid point for refugees from Ukraine, which was established at the Ptak Warsaw Expo Trade Fair and Congress Center. The center has an area of 150,000 m2 and is able to accommodate 20,000 people in need at one time. The Center operates with the support and coordination of the Polish Government and the Masovian Voivode.
The Humanitarian Aid Center PTAK is a Humanitarian Hub that provides temporary shelter to refugees to find their final destination in Poland and abroad.
There is a Bus Station on the premises of the center, which enables communication with countries all over Europe. For guests from Ukraine staying in the center, we organize trips to other communication ports, aid centers and other accommodation places.
Fugitives from war-torn Ukraine were given shelter under the roof of the center. On site, they receive the necessary medical assistance, temporary accommodation, meals, basic hygiene items and psychological assistance.
The Center also has a Medical Town – a 24/7 medical point where emergency medical teams work. The town consists of 10 doctor’s offices equipped with professional medical equipment. Additionally, every Saturday and Sunday, dental care is also provided for those staying at the Humanitarian Aid Center – a dentobus.
