The service has a toll-free telephone line and organizes online support groups for wives and mothers of servicemen.
The multi-channel number is open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. Calls from mobile operators within the territory of Ukraine are free.
On the telephone line, counselors inform members of military servicemen’s families about various social requests. You can also get psychological help in emergency or non-emergency format for free over the phone. If relatives of Ukrainian servicemen are in Poland, they can contact us by number (calls from Poland are free).

You can write to the Psychosocial Support Service for Military Families in Telegram from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day.
The number of requests to any communication channel is unlimited.

Support groups for military wives and separately for mothers of military personnel are held weekly in a series of meetings. Such online events are held to introduce women to each other, to help them improve their psycho-emotional state. The format of communication in groups is not therapeutic, but the meetings are accompanied by psychologists.
