Nadija is a new chapter in cross-sector cooperation

NGOs often struggle with a lack of resources necessary to carry out their missions. Another problem is the huge disparity in access to funds – smaller entities have a harder time obtaining them. Nadija responds to these challenges. It is an innovative platform that allows for effective communication about needs and obtaining the support necessary to achieve goals, regardless of the size of the organization.

The platform will enable direct partnerships with companies or public institutions that want to engage in social initiatives. Nadija is to open doors to new opportunities for NGOs and, as a result, help them scale up their activities. This is our vision of how to better support the NGO sector.

Using Nadija will facilitate formal and substantive issues related to establishing and maintaining partnerships. This tool is designed to make cooperation with companies and public institutions professional and satisfactory for both parties.

Benefits for each party, or what Nadija offers

Nadija is a response to the clear need for better connection between non-governmental organizations and businesses or public institutions. It eliminates the need for time-consuming searches and verification of partners, offering security of cooperation.

The platform enables companies to implement their social mission (CSR) through direct support for projects with real impact, with responsible and competent non-governmental partners. Public institutions will be able to easily identify a partner who will support them in implementing public tasks.

NGOs, in turn, will effectively communicate resource needs. Nadija will help them find a partner who will provide services or resources necessary to achieve socially important goals.

How will the platform work?

Nadija is an online platform using ServiceNow Technology. Each entity that wants to join needs to register and set up an individual account. Using the platform is free of charge. Fundacja To Proste is responsible for verifying applications, acting as a coordinator and moderator of projects and activities carried out on the platform.

A representative of a company, non-governmental organization or other entity operating within the scope of its social activities may become a user of Nadija.

Each person logged in and connected to a verified organization will be able to add a post, using a wide range of possibilities. The platform provides convenient ways to offer or report a need for financial resources, material resources (e.g. 10 kg of rice, electronic equipment), substantive services (on the side of companies: competence volunteering, legal services, accounting, training; on the side of NGOs: expert knowledge, courses, reports, etc.).

What are the platform’s capabilities?

Nadija will enable socially engaged entities to:

  • COMBINING RESOURCES AND NEEDS: effectively and transparently exchange personal and material resources as well as services between business/public institutions and NGOs according to their needs,
  • EFFICIENCY: resources will be directed to where they are most needed,
  • SYNERGY: combining the social mission of companies (CSR) and ESG goals with the tasks of public institutions and the needs NGOs,
  • SECURITY AND STABILITY: building lasting and fruitful partnerships with a trustworthy and verified partner – MapujPomoc.pl and Deloitte will take care of the verification of entities.

Nadija is not a noticeboard connecting the resources of businesses or public institutions with the needs and activities of non-governmental organizations. Nadija is a safe and stable space for cooperation, where it is possible to connect socially open companies and public institutions with the NGO sector.
