The centre takes action for individuals and families in crisis. The aim of crisis intervention is to restore mental balance and the ability to cope independently, and thus prevent a crisis reaction from becoming a chronic psychosocial failure.
Within the framework of a crisis intervention, immediate specialist psychological assistance and, depending on the needs, social or legal counseling are provided, and in justified situations, shelter is provided for up to 3 months.
