Medical assistance for Ukrainian citizens at the KORMED Medical Center

KORMED Medical Center in Lubaczow provides medical assistance to citizens of Ukraine who report with a health problem to a family doctor, and arrived in Poland after February 24 this year in connection with the military aggression of Russia on the territory of Ukraine.

Medical assistance will be provided to citizens of Ukraine who have a certificate issued by the border guards of the Republic of Poland or the imprint of the stamp of the border guards of the Republic of Poland in their travel document, confirming their legal stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland, having crossed the border from February 24, 2022, in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine.

There is also an opportunity to vaccinate foreigners of Ukrainian nationality in the KORMED Medical Center within the framework of the national vaccination program against COVID-19. The condition for acquiring the right to vaccination is the possession of a document confirming identity (including: identity card, passport and temporary certificate of identity of a foreigner – TZTC).
