Description of activities

  • The following activities are performed at the General Consulate of Ukraine in Lublin:

    • without prior registration (from 9:00 to 12:00):
    1.  renewal of a Ukrainian citizen’s passport for travel abroad (international passport)
    2. entering information and pasting the child’s photo into the foreign passport of a citizen of Ukraine (father or mother)
    3. issuing a Certificate of identity
    4. issuing a document for return to Ukraine (white passport)
    5. registration of Ukrainian citizenship for newborns of Ukrainian citizens born in Poland
    • after previous registration:
    1.  issuing a passport to a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad
    2.  admission to the consular oblik
    3.  preparation of documents for permanent travel abroad
    4.  notarial activities (powers of attorney, certificates, wills, certification of the authenticity of each signature on documents, including declarations of free marital status)
    5.  issuing visas for foreigners to Ukraine
    6. requesting and issuing documents from Ukraine
