On 24 February we light the fire at 4am. Be with us.
24 February marks the one-year anniversary of the aggression of the Russian regime against our sisters and brothers from Ukraine. It is the one year anniversary of their heroic stand, their tenacious fight in defence of their home and homeland. In defence of a normal life in a sovereign country.
The fate of the Ukrainian men and women depends on their determination and courage, which stands the test of fatigue and despair, but much also depends on the reaction of the democratic world, of Europe, of Poland, of Polish people.
On the tragic and heroic anniversary of 24 February, we propose lighting bonfires to symbolise that our indignation at those who murder Ukraine and our admiration for its defenders does not die down. The flame of our solidarity, our commitment to help our refugee sisters and brothers too, does not go out.
Let’s light the fire at 4am!
Join in, sing with us in solidarity, or just turn up to be with us. We look forward to it!
