Financial assistance from the International Rescue Committee for newly arrived refugees

International Rescue Committee Poland opens registration for new cash aid for newly arrived refugees from Ukraine in Poland. However, to receive it, you must meet specific conditions, which we describe in the article below.

Who can apply for assistance?

Financial support from IRC is intended for people who first crossed the border into Poland after August 1, 2023, since the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, and have not previously received and will not receive humanitarian cash assistance from other organizations. As part of the program, the organization focuses on the most disadvantaged social groups, such as large families with children, people with disabilities, single-parent households, the elderly, and people in difficult life and economic situations.

Registration takes place only in selected cities: Warsaw, Katowice, Gdynia, Krakow, Lublin.

How to register?

To receive assistance, you must complete the application form yourself, available at https://enketo.redrose.io/zK62m0sv. Registration is open this week, but space is limited, so we encourage you to act quickly.

If you have any questions or concerns about the program, please call or write to the hotline (text message, viber, telegram or whatsapp) at +48 732 106 484 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Help details

The program includes financial support for a period of 3 months. The amount of support is PLN 820 per person, with a limit of 5 people in a household.
