We provide free legal assistance to people with migration experience. We specialise in cases concerning international protection, temporary protection, protection of the rights of migrants and refugees, anti-discrimination and exploitation in the workplace, assistance to vulnerable groups.

We represent migrants and migrant women before national courts and authorities and the European Court of Human Rights.

We support the integration of people with migrant experience, help them find a safe home and obtain medical and social benefits.

We have created a legal portal (in Polish, Ukrainian and English) with information for people fleeing Ukraine: https://ukraina.interwencjaprawna.pl/. It contains:
1. a knowledge base with the most frequently asked questions on crossing the border, legalization of stay, international protection, unaccompanied children, social issues and others.
2. information on the latest changes in the law.
3. Contact forms: for organisations and groups seeking legal advice, for those interested in training on migration law.
To sign up for individual counselling, please contact: porada@interwencjaprawna.pl and +48 880 145 372 from Monday to Friday between 15:00 and 16:00.
