The aim of the „Without Barriers” project is to improve the basic skills of fifty foreigners over the age of 18, using temporary protection in Poland. By taking advantage of support including trainings, lectures, counselling, people participating in the project will be able to improve their skills in the Polish language, knowledge of Poland, basics of looking for a job in Poland and legalisation of employment on the territory of the Republic of Poland, as well as social competences. Within the framework of the „Without Barriers” project, we will provide support including training, counselling and lectures. The support will be implemented from November 2022 to April 2023. Five groups of 10 people will be organised as part of the project. For each group we have planned 20 hours of Polish language classes, 18 hours of vocational counselling, 18 hours of lectures on knowledge of Poland, 2 hours of educational lectures and 14 hours of lectures on labour law. Project participants will be supported by a translator and a model tutor.
