Punkt Informacyjny Szczecin – Infolinia | Szczecin Information Point – Helpline
The genesis of the association SZCZECIN INFORMATION POINT – HELPLINE is the desire to help all those who for whatever reason are threatened by social exclusion. We want everyone to have equal chances and opportunities regardless of their personal limitations. We strive to ensure that everyone can be well integrated into society.
We organize support activities, volunteering, lectures, direct assistance, trainings and events. We create information center for people in need and socially excluded including the disabled – Information Point Szczecin – Infoline.
On February 25th we created and ran Information Point at Train Station (in cooperation with Refugees Szczecin and Society of Children’s Friends). With our coordination, assistance was provided from the first day of arrival of the refugees from the areas covered by the warfare. Currently we continue our activity at Łokietka 10/1.
Within the Information Point and Infoline in Ukrainian language we help victims of war in Ukraine.
Our activities include:
– transport (we have purchased our own vehicle adapted for people in wheelchairs),
– help in obtaining PESEL number and citizenship,
– completing steps to register children for school,
– collection and distribution of food, hygiene products, cosmetics, bedding, clothes, underwear, etc.
– Polish language courses
– assistance in finding accommodation and work.
