The Information Point for Foreigners in Kraków was set up on the initiative of the Internationaler Bund Poland and operates at the Multicultural Centre in Kraków. The Point has new premises in the Socio-Economic Innovation Cluster, which is located at 20 Zabłocie Street, building A, 1st floor.
The Point offers services in the field of:

information on procedures related to the legalisation of residence, obtaining citizenship and work permits
information services concerning the GMK’s offer (in the fields of education, health care, culture, social assistance, the labour market, registration, employment, assistance for the unemployed and people in crisis or with disabilities)
help for people affected by discrimination or victims of violence.
