The Polish Association for People with Intellectual Disability is involved in:
– rehabilitation support for disabled children aged 0-7 as part of the Early Intervention Center, os. Na Stoku 42A,
– organization of therapeutic and integration activities for disabled people every day from Monday to Thursday from 16-19,
– possibility of admitting children with multiple disabilities aged 3-25 to the Rehabilitation and Educational Center.
As part of the stay at the facility, we provide education, rehabilitation classes, classes with a speech therapist and a psychologist.
The Rehabilitation, Education and Care Center is an educational, multi-specialist facility for children and youth aged 3 to 25. He conducts education and rehabilitation for people with moderate, severe and profound intellectual disabilities with couplings. The facility employs a qualified staff of specialists, including: oligophrenic pedagogues, speech therapists, psychologists, therapists, and physiotherapists.
The center organizes day care from Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 16:00.
Pupils work in small groups (up to 4 people) under the supervision of a teacher and help according to a previously developed, permanent schedule of the day and week.
Transportation and stay of a child in the facility is free of charge.
