It has been 10 years of war in Ukraine and 24 February marks two years since the Russian regime’s bestial aggression against our Ukrainian sisters and brothers. It marks two years of their heroic stand, their tenacious fight to defend their home and homeland. On this day, we are all together!

Flame of Solidarity – City Beach at the Żwirownia Lake
At 4:00 a.m. we will light bonfires of solidarity at “Żwirownia” and around the world. At our signal, in many cities around the world at the same time, bonfires will be lit where friends of Ukraine will gather. We will show that our sisters and brothers are not alone, we will connect with each other using the benefits of technology and we will send our image live to all of Ukraine.

At 12:30 at the M.S. Ligęza Economic School Complex, at 12 Spytka Ligęza Street (next to the Narutowicza Bridge – “colourful bridge”), we will meet again and there will be: a screening of films from Ukraine, a radio play “Спільнота czyli Wspólnota”, which will be told by members of Berehynia. That’s not all – together with Heart to Heart World Foundation we will prepare creative integration workshops.

At 17:30 the Solidarity Chain. On the Rzeszów boulevards near the stage we will prepare an open and communal performance, with light and people! We will create a great common human chain of unity and togetherness!

At 19:00 the Solidarity Manifestation at the Rzeszow Market Square. Together, loudly and together – from the stage – we will voice our great common support for Ukraine! It will end with a concert by the band Berehyni.
