The Mental Health Centre is the place where you can get immediate free support 24 hours a day. No referral, no signing up for an appointment.
The support is tailored to your needs. It can include visits to an outpatient clinic, a stay in a day or 24-hour ward, support from a community treatment team who visit the patient at home to help them and their family. An individualised treatment plan is developed by professionals based on contact with the person experiencing a mental health crisis.
Mental Health Centres are dedicated to people over the age of 18.
