The Malopolska Voivodship Office has launched a special helpline for Ukrainian citizens within the Department of Foreigners’ Affairs. It acts in support of the helpline of the Office for Foreigners. Under the number: 12 210 20 02, MUW employees provide information to Ukrainians seeking refuge in our voivodeship.
tel. +48 12 210 20 02, from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (service provided in Ukrainian and Polish).
Reception desk, Przy Rondzie 6 street, open from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Point for accepting additional documents in cases of third-country nationals at the Department of Foreigners’ Affairs.
