Hubska 7 is open to all people with migration experience coming to Lower Silesia. Together we are creating a place that is safe for both newcomers and permanent residents of the region. We are building a local, intercultural community based on empathy, trust and cooperation, despite the differences in language, views and values that divide us. We created the cluster in May 2022 in response to the needs of war refugees fleeing to Poland in the wake of Russia’s brutal military aggression against Ukraine.
Hubska 7 is run by three NGOs: Critical Education Association, Wroclife Foundation and Lower Silesia Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers. We combine three key components for refugee integration: social activation, professional activation and social communication.
What we do there:
-we teach the Polish language
-we offer assistance from a lawyer, psychologist, vocational counselor and social worker
-we conduct summer activities for children (3-12 years old) of working people
-we give out clothes.
