The free NFZ helpline is open 24 hours a day.
At the Patient Information Telephone number:
You will receive information about night and light medical care, visit the Emergency Department or the pharmacy where you will find your medicine.
You will find out about the shortest date to see a specialist.
You will get information about cancer prevention, available health programs and the organization of oncological care in Poland. NFZ consultants refer patients to appropriate centers where they can continue treatment.
