HeroToHero is an initiative created in March 2022 by the environmental crowd-funding platform Planet Heroes. It’s the first pan-European platform supported by UN that was created to help people supporting refugees. Faced with the dramatic events in Ukraine and the subsequent humanitarian and refugee crisis, we decided to act. We all help locally by supporting refugees arriving in Poland. But we wanted to use our resources and skills to create a long-term aid tool – because we know that the need to support refugees will grow in Poland and European countries.

HeroToHero is a pro bono project. We are giving away our knowledge and tools to help refugees from Ukraine as best we can.

On the platform, we connect those who are already helping Ukrainians but need essential items or financial donations -with those who can support them!
