The main aim of the Ukrainian House Foundation is to help and support the Ukrainian community in Poland through informational, educational and cultural activities.

Support is provided not only to people from Ukraine fleeing war, but also to all foreigners and aliens residing in Poland.

In the case of a very complex problem, the consultants can provide information about the organisation or institution where you can get help to solve it.

A Support Centre operates at 29 Andersa Street:

• Legal advice
• Infoline (+48 727 805 764) with professional consultations and support for Ukrainians coming to Poland. Infoline is open: Monday – Friday from 10:00 – 18:00, Saturday from 10:00 – 17:00.
• Information on changing legal conditions of stay and border crossing procedures.
• Support in finding accommodation for Ukrainians coming to Poland.
• Psychological support
• Family assistants
• Consultation point

The Ukrainian House also includes Case Workers, whose work is to provide comprehensive assistance to those most in need.
