without an appointment and receive free support:

• casework (handling specific matters, e.g. related to health, education, authorities) in Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian, Chechen, Dari, Pashto, English, Polish

• childcare – a daycare for children aged 3-8. The carers speak Ukrainian and Russian.

Upon prior registration, you can benefit from free support:

• psychological support for adults, children and adolescents
(in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian, Dari, Spanish, French)

• legal (in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English, French)

• consultations with:

midwife (in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, French, English)

stay legalisation specialist (in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English)

business advisor (in Polish, English)

career counselling (in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English)

We also operate an INFOLINE with general counselling in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English +48 22 11 000 85. Legalization of stay, general counselling. Consultations are free of charge. You can turn to us with any question. We help with a wide variety of issues.
