116 111 – helpline for children and youth provides support to children and youth up to 18 years of age. The telephone is anonymous and free of charge and operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
In Ukrainian and Russian, you can consult throughout the week between 14:00 and 24:00.
Children can talk to us about everything: about friendship, love, growing up, contacts with parents, siblings, problems at school or emotions they experience. When they feel discriminated, when they experience or witness violence.
