The centre is open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for visitors.
Details: psychological support and counselling; in-kind and social assistance; assistance in organising daily affairs such as contacting the authorities, renting accommodation, preparing letters and applications, translation from Polish during visits to e.g. the authorities.
Caritas Polska runs the Aid Center for Migrants and Refugees in Warsaw
It is a place where people from different countries can get free help. We try to find a solution in every, even the most difficult situation. We approach the needs of each person and family individually. We also provide support to people fleeing from areas affected by war or armed conflicts, such as Afghanistan or Ukraine.
OUR ACTIONS
The Aid Center for Migrants and Refugees provides foreigners with:
- psychological help and counseling;
- material and social assistance;
- assistance in organizing everyday matters, such as contact with offices, renting a flat, preparation of letters and applications, translation from Polish during visits, e.g. in offices.
