c) from Monday to Wednesday, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at +48 22 111 35 29 – telephone number recommended for foreigners performing work in the provinces of: Podkarpackie, Małopolskie, Śląskie, Opolskie and Dolnośląskie.
