Punkt Informacyjny dla Obcokrajowców w Krakowie | Information Point for Foreigners in Kraków
The Information Point for Foreigners in Kraków was set up on the initiative of the Internationaler Bund Polska. It is open Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and the last weekend of the month (Saturday and Sunday) 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The Point offers services in the field of:
1)providing information on procedures related to legalisation of residence, obtaining citizenship and work permits
2)information services concerning the offer of the GMK (in the field of education, health care, culture, social assistance, labour market, registration, employment, assistance for the unemployed and people in crisis or affected by disabilities)
3)help for people affected by discrimination or victims of violence.
In addition, you can benefit from:
1)free legal aid
2)psychological support
3)services of translators and foreign assistants
You can also receive free legal assistance at the Information Point.
