Ogólnopolskie Pogotowie dla Ofiar Przemocy w Rodzinie „Niebieska Linia” | Polish Nationwide Emergency Service for Victims of Domestic Violence ”Blue Line”
Polish Nationwide Emergency Service for Victims of Domestic Violence „Blue Line” run by the “Blue Line” Association offers 24-hour assistance to people who experience violence, witnesse of violence and people looking for information on the phenomenon and methods of counteracting domestic violence by:
– telephone: +48 – 800 – 120 – 002 (open 24 hours a day) including:
Office hours in English – Mondays from 18 to 22
Office hours in Russian – Tuesdays from 18 to 22
legal advice hours – Wednesdays from 18:00 to 22:00
– lawyers on call +48 – 22 – 666 – 28 – 50
(Mondays and Tuesdays from 5 pm to 9 pm)
– e-mail counseling center – [email protected]
– SKYPE – duty in sign language – ambulance.blue.line
(Mondays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.)
We also undertake interventions involving contacting local services with a request to + action to stop domestic violence.
We also invite people professionally involved in counteracting domestic violence to contact:
– telephone consultations +48 – 22 – 250 – 63 – 12 (Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
