As the EMDR Poland Association, we provide free psychological help and support to people forced to flee the war in Ukraine. We work with adults, adolescents and children, stationary and online: we offer help in the form of therapy, crisis intervention. We are creating a database of practical materials dedicated to all those who seek help or would like to offer it to others. We collaborate with national and international organisations that make our activities possible on a wider scale.
We help free of charge:
- People from Ukraine who come to Poland because of the war
- People who come from Ukraine but have lived in Poland for a long time
- Families who take in refugees
- Anyone who helps people from Ukraine and feels that they themselves need help (translators, volunteers, therapists, medics, employers, parents, teachers, students…)
People who need support, therapists, and organizations willing to cooperate can contact us by e-mail [email protected]
